Black Friday is great but it is Small Business Saturday that I love. Small businesses are the heart and soul of your community. In the endurance sports world they provide the free community rides and runs we all enjoy weekend after weekend. They host the clinics and seminars with after hours start times so the athletes holding down full-time jobs can attend. Small business pour hours and hours into providing all of us with amazing local race opportunities that let us mix it up on our hometown trails and roads. Small businesses provide us with the opportunities to get our bodies tuned up…often in a moment’s notice. And lastly small business are always there on those days when you have a few extra minutes to spare and you just want to stop by to talk “shop”.
So while Amazon.com might be convenient take some time this week and all year to support the small businesses that work hard for you!
